Middle School Team: District Champions, Region Champions, 3rd in State
The River City Wrestling Middle School Team finished the season strong, adding the titles of District and Region Champions to the list of accomplishments. Despite falling by 1 point to State Dual Champions and losing starting 165 lbs Regional Runner-up, Douglas Davidson the team still posted it’s highest finish to date at the State Tournament. River City finished the season 3rd in the state and had 5 state placers:
